At GHD we want efficiency and use our valuable time on the core PCB design. Not on tedious repeating routines.

To save clients time and avoid trouble in the subsequent PCB processes, fabrication, assembly and test, GHD has developed a unique program that automatic generates an extract a subset of data for these processes.

The complete package is PRODOC and includes a subset of PCBDOC, ACMDOC and ICTDOC.

PRODOC (PRofessional cOmplete DOCumentation)
This is the complete package and includes the exact and precise data, drawings files etc, which will cost optimize and ease a successfully production without any questions being asked. This complete documentation package includes 3 individual packages, one for each subsequent production described as follows:

PCBDOC (Printed Circuit Board DOCumentation)
Precise specification of the bare board fabrication. For Fab.
PCBDOC is a ZIP-file, including Fab drawing, Gerber data, Drill data, ODB++ file etc.

ACMDOC(Automatic Component Mounting DOCumentation)
Precise specification for the assembly of the PCB board. For Production.
ACMDOC is a ZIP-file, including Assembly drawing, P-P xy-data, Gerbers of Solder Paste Stencil, ODB++ file etc.

ICTDOC (In Circuit Test DOCumentation)
Precise specification for test of the assembled PCB. For Testing.
ICTDOC is a ZIP-fil, including Test Point Notification, xy-coordinates of test points, Drill data for Bed of Needles, Complete Netlist, Flying Probe data, ODB++ file etc
